When an appointment is booked, rescheduled or cancelled, both you and the customer receive an email.

The calendar on your phone
Owners and team members can connect their booking calendar to the calendar on their phone to see appointments there. Appointments are created, rescheduled and cancelled in the booking system.

Questions about Booking
Who receives an email when an appointment is booked?
Both you and the customer receive a confirmation. The same applies when an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled.
Can we see appointments in the calendar on our phones?
Yes. Owners and team members can connect their booking calendar to the calendar on their phone to see appointments there. Changes are made in the booking system.
Can customers pay online or receive a text message?
No. Online payments, SMS and reminders are not part of Booking. Customers receive confirmations and notices of changes by email.
How do we add more users?
Contact us and we will add them. Booking and Online Store include 3 users, and each additional user costs EUR 15/month excluding VAT. In Booking, a person with their own account or booking calendar counts as one user, and a person with both counts only once. The owner counts if they have access. Team members who only appear on the website with a name or photo are free.
Is the first month free?
Yes. Setup is free within the agreed scope, and the first month is free from the day the solution goes live and is ready to use. After that, you pay the fixed monthly price. There is no minimum term.
