When you contact us

When you complete the contact form, the free assessment form or the pilot customer registration, send a request from the cart, or email or call us, we process the information you provide: name, email, telephone number if provided, business, industry, number of employees, a link to your website, the services or packages you selected and your message.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, provide a quote. The basis is that you have requested this and that it is necessary to enter into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation), and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (point (f)).

To protect forms against spam and abuse, we store a hash of the IP address from which the enquiry was sent, but never the IP address itself. If a sender abuses the forms, we may block the email address or IP hash so that new enquiries from them are rejected. The basis is our legitimate interest in keeping forms free from spam (Article 6(1)(f)).

If the enquiry does not lead to a collaboration, we delete it no later than 12 months after our last contact.

When you are our customer

If you are a customer, we process contact and billing details and correspondence related to the work. We do this to deliver and invoice the agreed service (Article 6(1)(b)) and comply with the Danish Bookkeeping Act (point (c)). We retain accounting records for 5 years after the end of the financial year, as required by law. We delete other information when the collaboration has ended and it is no longer needed.

The customer portal and your agreements

When you use the customer portal at kunde.veyro.dk, we process your login email, the contact person’s name, the business name, CVR number and address, your subscription, invoices and payments and the enquiries you send us. Payment cards are handled by Stripe, and we never see card numbers. Login links and sessions are stored only as hash values.

When you accept our terms of service and subscription and data processing agreement, we record who accepted (email), when, which version and a hash of the IP address so that we can document the agreement. The basis is the agreement and our legitimate interest in being able to document it (Article 6(1)(b) and (f)). The information is retained while the agreement is in force and for 3 years after it ends (the limitation period).

When we process data for our customers

If your business uses a website, online store or ordering, order management or inventory system from Veyro, your business is the controller of information about your own customers, employees and partners. We are the processor and only process information according to your instructions and our data processing agreement. If you are a customer of one of our customers, you should contact that business to exercise your rights.

When you visit the website

When you visit veyro.dk, technical information such as your IP address and browser is processed briefly so the site can be delivered securely and protected against abuse. We count aggregate pageviews without cookies, browser IDs or stored IP addresses.

If you separately consent to Statistics, we also measure visits and returning browsers using random browser and visit IDs in our own cookies. We record public pages viewed without query parameters, time, active time, scroll depth, referring domain or general campaign channel, device and browser type, and approximate country, region and city from network information. This is not GPS, and geography may be inaccurate. Browser IDs represent browsers, not identified people.

The purpose is to understand how the website is used and improve it. The basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). We do not store IP addresses or form contents in visitor statistics and do not use fingerprinting or screen recordings. Statistics are processed in our own system at Cloudflare and are not shared with advertising platforms. Visit records are automatically deleted after no more than 90 days.

You can turn statistics off at any time through Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. Collection stops and the statistics cookies are deleted; previously collected records follow the retention period. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Marketing cookies from Trustpilot require a separate choice. Read about cookies, lifetimes and your choices in our cookie policy.

Who we share information with

We never sell your information. We use certain providers as processors who may only process information according to our instructions:

  • Cloudflare, which hosts the website and customer portal and stores enquiries and visitor statistics in our database.
  • Resend, which sends emails from the website and customer portal.
  • Google (Google Workspace), which we use for email.
  • Stripe, which handles payments and invoices when you are a customer.

Providers may transfer information to countries outside the EU/EEA, including the USA. This is based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access the information we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted. You may also object to processing, have it restricted and receive your information (data portability). If you have given consent, you may withdraw it at any time. This does not affect processing that has already taken place.

Write to kontakt@veyro.dk to exercise your rights. We reply within one month.

Complaints

You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, datatilsynet.dk. However, we would like to hear from you first so that we can try to resolve the issue.

Changes

We update this policy if our processing changes. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
