Non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
When you share customer data, prices, code or access credentials with us, you need to trust that they will be treated confidentially. We therefore offer a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that you read and approve digitally in the customer portal. It protects both your information and Veyro’s.

How it works
- We create the agreement. Veyro creates a draft for your business and the specific project.
- You complete and check it. Legal name, CVR number, address, contact person, the person approving and the project. You can save and continue later and download a draft as a PDF.
- You read and approve it. The full agreement is displayed with a brief summary. You approve it using your login and a one-time code sent by email.
- Veyro approves the same version. The agreement takes effect when both parties have approved it, and both receive the final agreement as a PDF by email. It is also always available in the customer portal.
Good to know
- Subcontractors: Necessary advisers and hosting and other subcontractors may only receive relevant information under equivalent confidentiality obligations.
- AI services: Confidential information must not be used to train general AI models, and use of external AI services requires your written approval.
- Return and deletion: On written request or when the collaboration ends, the information is returned or deleted according to your choice. You can request this directly in the customer portal.
- Duration: Confidentiality applies during the collaboration and for five years after the later of the end of the collaboration or the agreement. Trade secrets remain protected for as long as they retain that status.
- Changes: If the agreement changes after either party has approved it, both must approve the new version. An active agreement cannot be edited.
Approval
Approval uses your verified login and a one-time code sent to your email. It is not a MitID signature and does not document signatory authority. The person approving confirms that they are authorised to enter into the agreement on behalf of the business.
