An item without options counts as one. If you sell the same item in different sizes or versions, each sellable variant counts as one. The total applies across the entire store.
Coffee in 2 sizes, offered as whole beans or ground, counts as 4, not 5 including the parent product. Categories and the number of units in stock do not count.
Manual setup or import
We create the first 10 products manually or carry out one standard import within your selected capacity of 60, 120 or 200 items and variants in total. You provide images and correctly completed product data in our CSV or Excel template.
Choose either manual setup or one standard import. The scope of manual variant setup is agreed at the start. Additional imports, product-data cleanup and other catalogue work are agreed separately.
Need more than 200 items and variants? Contact us and we will agree on a price.

Categories, products and variants

How we count your catalogue
We count what the customer can buy. A product without variants counts as one sellable item. If a product has 4 variants, they count as 4 in total — the parent product is not counted on top.
A sauce without variants counts as 1. The same sauce in 100 ml and 250 ml counts as 2. Coffee in 2 sizes, each available as whole beans or ground, counts as 4. A T-shirt in 3 sizes and 2 colours counts as 6.
A gift box counts as 1. Its contents only count separately if they are also sold individually in the store.

Categories do not affect the price
Categories help customers find their way around. They do not affect the pricing tier and do not count as items. You can use Chilli, Salsa, Hot Honey and Gift Boxes in the same store, for example. Build your catalogue naturally: different products do not need to be turned into variants of a category to fit the pricing.
If the four categories contain no more than 60 sellable items and variants altogether, the price is EUR 39/month excluding VAT. Each sellable item or variant is counted once, even if it appears in several categories.

One standard import can include up to 60 sellable items and variants at DKK 299, 120 at DKK 399, or 200 at DKK 499. All prices are per month excluding VAT. Choose either manual setup or one standard import.
Help with the first 10 products is a setup service, not a limit on how many items the store can hold, and not unlimited creation of variants. Extra imports, product data cleanup and other catalogue work are agreed separately.

What you provide
Images and correctly completed product data in our CSV or Excel template. You can add and edit categories, products and variants yourself. The selected capacity applies only to sellable items and variants. The product catalogue does not count as content pages.

Inventory in your online store
Stock quantity is the number of units you have on the shelf and does not affect the store tier. 100 bottles of the same sauce without variants still count as 1 sellable item.
The store’s inventory covers the goods you sell. It is not the same as Operations, which is coming soon and brings jobs, hours, materials and inventory together in a portal.

You pay payment provider fees, shipping costs and any third-party subscriptions yourself.

Which online store tier should we choose?
Choose a tier based on the total number of sellable items and variants across the store: up to 60 at DKK 299, 120 at DKK 399, or 200 at EUR 69 per month excluding VAT. There is no separate limit on the number of parent products.
A product without variants counts as 1. A product with 4 variants counts as 4, not 5. Categories and stock quantities do not affect the price. If you need more room later, contact us and we will agree on the change.

What do payment and shipping cost?
That depends on your agreements with the payment provider and shipping company. You pay those fees yourself.
How do we add more users?
Contact us and we will add them. Booking and Online Store include 3 users, and each additional user costs EUR 15/month excluding VAT. In Booking, a person with their own account or booking calendar counts as one user, and a person with both counts only once. The owner counts if they have access. Team members who only appear on the website with a name or photo are free.
