Inventory updates when usage is recorded

When a team member records materials against a job, they are deducted from stock. Try it in the example. Nothing is saved or sent.

  • Physical is what is physically in stock.
  • Reserved is stock allocated to confirmed orders.
  • Available is physical stock minus reserved stock: what can actually be used or sold.
  • Stock is deducted only once. Each order reduces stock once, even if saved or confirmed again
  • No overselling. If two orders arrive at the same time, the same item cannot be sold twice
  • Cancellation releases items. If an order is cancelled, reserved items become available again

What All-inclusive does not mean

All-inclusive brings together your website, booking, Operations and receipts. The name does not mean everything is included.

  • Not unlimited development

New features and major changes are agreed and priced separately.

  • Not every integration

Connections to other systems depend on the system and are agreed separately.

  • Not every external cost

You pay third-party subscriptions, fees and licences yourself.

  • Online Store is not automatically included

If you need an online store, we agree on that separately.

  • Priority support refers to response time

We reply within 24 hours. This is not a guarantee that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours.

Inventory in Operations and in an online store

Operations brings together jobs, hours, materials and inventory for your internal use. Inventory in the Online Store package covers the products you sell online. They are not the same thing.

Become a pilot customer

Tell us a little about your business and we will contact you to discuss whether a pilot is a good fit.

Signing up is non-binding. The price, duration, features and support during the pilot are agreed individually, and a pilot never automatically becomes a paid subscription.

Fields marked with * are required.

Registering is an enquiry and does not start a subscription.

Questions about Operations

Do we need an online store to use Operations?

No. Operations does not require a public online store, a customer-facing product catalogue or online payments.

How does the system prevent us from selling items we do not have?

The system distinguishes between physical stock, reserved items and available stock. When an order is confirmed, the items are reserved so they cannot be sold again. Stock is deducted only once per order, and two simultaneous orders cannot buy the same item.

What happens to stock if an order is cancelled?

The reserved items are released and become available again. The change appears in the history.

Can we use it on a phone and tablet?

Yes. It is planned to work on desktop, tablet and mobile.

Does a pilot become a paid subscription?

No, not automatically. Pilot terms are agreed individually, and a paid subscription requires your explicit acceptance.
