    Appointments are created, rescheduled and cancelled in the booking system. The calendar on your phone displays the appointments.

    An online store for your products, set up and maintained by us.

    Scope

    • The tier depends on the total number of sellable items and variants. A product without variants counts as one. A product with 4 variants counts as 4, not 5.
    • Categories organise products and do not affect the price. Stock quantities do not affect the tier either.
    • We create the first 10 products or carry out one standard import within your selected limit of 60, 120 or 200 sellable items and variants. You provide images and correctly completed product data in our CSV or Excel template.
    • Choose either manual setup or one standard import. Help with the first 10 products is not a capacity limit or unlimited variant work. Extra imports, data cleanup and other catalogue work are agreed separately. The product catalogue does not count as content pages.

    You pay payment provider fees, shipping costs and any third-party subscriptions yourself. Additional users: EUR 15/month per user excluding VAT.

You do not pay here. We send a quote with a personal payment link. The terms are set out in our terms of service, and you see them before accepting the subscription.

Users in Booking and Online Store

Booking and Online Store include 3 users. An additional user costs EUR 15/month excluding VAT, and you add users by contacting us.

In Booking, a person with their own account or booking calendar counts as one user. If they have both, they count only once. The owner counts if they have access. Team members who only appear on the website with a name or photo are free.

Domain and other costs

  • Your own domain

    If you already have a domain, we connect the solution to it.

  • Buy through us

    We can buy a domain for you. This costs extra, and the price is agreed in advance.

  • Free subdomain

    You can also use a free address such as yourname.veyro.dk.

  • Payment and shipping in an online store

    You pay payment provider fees and shipping costs yourself. Rates depend on your own agreements.

  • Third parties

    Subscriptions with other providers, such as accounting software or a newsletter system, are not included in the packages.

Email on your domain is not included in the packages.

How to order and pay

  1. Arrange a demo

    Send a brief enquiry. It is free and non-binding, and you receive a demo within 24–48 hours.

  2. Receive a quote by email

    You receive the price and terms, along with a personal payment link from us.

  3. Pay securely by card

    The link opens Stripe’s secure payment page, where you register your card. The first payment is collected after the free month ends.

  4. Manage it in the customer portal

    At kunde.veyro.dk, you can view invoices, change your payment card and cancel whenever you like.

You do not pay on the website, and we never store your card details. If you are already a customer, you can log in to the customer portal to see your payments.

Questions about pricing

Is the first month free?

Yes. Setup is free within the agreed scope, and the first month is free from the day the solution goes live and is ready to use. After that, you pay the fixed monthly price. There is no minimum term.

What counts as a minor update?

Minor updates include new opening hours, updated contact details, minor text edits and replacing individual images. They are included in all packages.

New pages, major design changes, new features, integrations and product catalogue work require a quote. Contact us about add-ons.

How do we add more users?

Contact us and we will add them. Booking and Online Store include 3 users, and each additional user costs EUR 15/month excluding VAT. In Booking, a person with their own account or booking calendar counts as one user, and a person with both counts only once. The owner counts if they have access. Team members who only appear on the website with a name or photo are free.

Is a domain included?

A domain and email on that domain are not included in the packages. You can use your own domain, buy one through us for an extra charge, or use a free address such as yourname.veyro.dk.

When is our first payment?

After the free month ends. The month starts on the day the solution goes live. You receive a quote with a personal payment link and register your card on Stripe’s secure payment page. You do not pay on the website.

What happens if we cancel?

You can cancel at any time in the customer portal or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. You own your content and data and can request a copy within 30 days of termination. Veyro retains the rights to software, templates and code, and domains belonging to you are transferred by agreement. Read the terms of service.

Which online store tier should we choose?

Choose a tier based on the total number of sellable items and variants across the store: up to 60 at DKK 299, 120 at DKK 399, or 200 at EUR 69 per month excluding VAT. There is no separate limit on the number of parent products.

A product without variants counts as 1. A product with 4 variants counts as 4, not 5. Categories and stock quantities do not affect the price. If you need more room later, contact us and we will agree on the change.
